Lic.Psychologist in sports and organization psychology. Päivi has over 20 years experience as occupational and sports psychologist. Her fields-of-expertise are sports psychology, job councelling,  coaching, leadership improvement and recruitment. She has done extensive research on coaches’ leadership behaviour. Her doctoral thesis concentrates on managers’ identity change.

Tapani Frantsi, Senior consultant

D.Sc. (Econ.). Formally he worked for the Sport Institute of Finland as a management trainer. Currently he operates as a strategy consultant, innovation promoter and  managerial trainer.
